You can receive a refund on your pass until May 1, 2025 at 11:59 pm ET. After May 1, 2025, we will only provide a refund if you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase before August 31, 2025. No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2025. All refunds are subject to a $25 transaction fee.
As a reminder, discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previously purchased passes.
If the in-person event gets canceled for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund of your in-person passes.
